QLD:Qld candidates warned on false complaints
Queensland's Crime and Misconduct Commission has launched an education campaign, urging
candidates in next year's local and state elections to keep their campaigns clean.
Acting chairman WARREN STRANGE has warned candidates that they could be prosecuted
if they make illegitimate complaints to the watchdog for political advantage.
Local government elections are set down for March 31 next year.
The state election is yet to be called but is due in March.
